Ah.. one of the old accusations. Not meaning to be rude but by now you should already know my answer. How about instead you answer my question: what does Naruto have to beat Sasuke? And lately I've been getting the feeling you and Kwasi have been avoiding me...

The question shouldn't be "what does Naruto have to beat Sasuke?", it should be will Naruto use what he has to beat Sasuke. RasenShuriken is a kill move, I have doubt's that Naruto will use it hence the reason he's increasing the Sage Mode time limit, he's planning on going pure taijutsu into this battle. He also has that crow that Itachi gave him.
So far Sasuke with all his jutsus has been nothing but a failer. He has been getting more and more battle with people who have abilities like Naruto, and Naruto went up against a group of bodies that have god like jutsu's. Both are being prepared to fight each other.
One has many jutsus but not the huge amount of chakra to back it up, the other has the huge amount of chakra but not the many jutsu to use it on, one's a genius the other is a creative mofo, one has an army of jutsus the other is an army.
I don't look to much into the amount of jutsus they both show, but I do look into how they use them. At the moment Sasuke is using every move without thinking where as Naruto seems to be thinking about every move he makes.

@BF : I really like the perspectives of your post. As you said, Both Sasuke and Naruto excel in their own fields, and both are preparing by the force of things to battle each other.
Just now, Naruto is in a foreign village. It seems logical to me he just sits and concentrate on the roof. Nobody is noticing he is actually training.
As he cannot train on Taijutsu and moves while everyone is near (see RasenShuriken effect... or just the fact you need your moves to be secret to be more effective)
Hope he'll continue with a bit KB training (but not thousand clones, as fatigue is surely unbearable to sustain)
