1st legit chapter of naruto in a while

Awesome chapter though I wonder how Sasuke got Susanoo to lit aflame like that so quickly.

yeah its been a while since a naruto chapter really hit the spot for me

While I loved seeing the Mangekyo hax getting countered so easily, it still seems a tad unrealistic that the same techniques that had Itachi dominate every fight could be countered by speed alone. And how could Susanoo's bones be shattered like that when they held up to a Kirin?

And Suigetsu pinned to a wall was lol.

Also, the spoilers were rather misleading on a couple of points.

1)It wasn't that Sasuke couldn't use Amaterasu through Susanoo, he was spreading it over Susanoo for a more effective defence.

2)Raikage using his left arm wasn't related to his seriousness in battle. He was sacrificing that arm to pull Sasuke out of his defence. That effectively dooms him in the next chapter.

My predictions for the future? Madara is likely intending to make Sasuke dependent on him for increasing his strength. But I doubt it has to do with getting the EMS; the techniques will remain useless against ninjas like Raikage whether or not they damage his eyesight. I think Sasuke will ask for the power of the Bijuu that Madara promised, which fits the latter's plan of syncing him with Gedo Mazo.

Yep, pretty much what I think as well. Raikage is a bit desperate with that move but what if he pins that black flame hand against Sasuke? Wont he burn as well. And if he does he will have to extinguish that fire to save himself (and Raikage by proxy)

Madara knows he will seek him out for that bijuu power. All that power and he loses cause Naruto changed his heart!

Well since the strain of Susanoo made Itachi go blind and die. Sasuke now mixing susanoo and amateratsu and probably going to pull tsukyomi as his last resort given raikage's power advantage. maybe we'll get lucky and the strain from using all 3 will kill Sasuke.

raikage is like kisame (where's that dude anyway... i miss his smile), has lots and lots of chakra without any bijuu or other wierd stuff on them.. they just so frickishly strong. hope raikage and co can do jiraiya's sealing jutsu thingy... or raikage gonna have to pull out his arm..
i dont care what happen to sasuke, his 'dad' will cover it.

It's always nice seeing Sasuke getting his ass handed to him, even with all his jutsu he still fall short to a man only using 1 to up his speed, strength & defence, reminds me alot of another ninja

^agree... sasuke has been using high level jutsu after another. while raikage is only using one... it's a shame though that it's a copy of negi's me level 2...
