ok im really confused bout danzou n his sharingan..so i figured it out.
danzo back in the days wanted the eye of an uchiha, and i think root found obitos body and he was still alive but his left eye is missing(given to kakashi+right eye crushed)and now he is completely blind. so they both were together and patiently they wait and met itachi, ordered him to kill his best friend shisui, and they took both his eyes..danzo got one and obito got one..and now obito is tobi..done kk thnx.
