That seems credulous. But what confuses me is how Juugo is compared to Naruto and then to Suigetsu.

It's a spoiler script so people write it themselves, I'm guessing that the hair and face is like Naruto and Suigetsu has shark teeth and weird looking eyes so someone made the comparison...for some reason.

It has to have some persuation on Sasuke part, it not going to move so fast.
Either that, or even going to have some flashback into why Suigetsu, Karin, Juugo don't like each other thing
