My opinions:

1. Great chapter. Though Jiraiya's lines abut peace are getting repetitive. Hanzo & Danzo... lol, sound like twins.

2. How is it that nobody except Jiraiya ever noticed the significance of Nagato's Rinnegan? Hanzo, Danzo(lol again), his own teammates...

man you're fast. i was (no offense) expecting blackflash here. but im glad someone beat him to it, even if it's just once in a while.

i liked this chapter. i finally got what i've been waiting for for weeks - why nagato's the way he is. it's interesting how they form a strong group and cross hanzo's paths. it's also kinda ominous the way danzo's popping up here, once again trying to be hokage. now, i hate to bring up the danzo-obito theory, but the way he's everywhere and trying to become hokage...well, i dunno.

danzo, hanzo...it's almost like they're brothers.

though nagato strikes me as really irrational now. the way he's talking about jiraiya and everything, it seems that even presently he still admires jiraiya and accepts him as a good person. it seems there's still some compassion in him, yet he was so cold and apparently emotionless earlier when we first saw him. as much as i can understand him becoming bitter because of what happened, he doesn't seem to be as deranged as i thought he'd be when recounting the most bitter moments of his life.

and it's so clear that he at least subconsciously attacked konoha and blew it up as payback for everything they did to him. but it comes off as a bit hypocritical. plus it's the complete opposite of what they're saying, that hurting others breed more hatred. his plans and ideals dont make much sense now.

but still, i liked this chapter. way better than the previous one, at least, though i hope the flashback only lasts till next chapter, at most.

It was a good chapter well we saw that Danzo was doing his thing back then.

i can see now why nagato's gonna kill hanzo and all related to him....although i wanted to see more of the gang that yahiko and pals started...it was like rushed we didnt even see what they were capable of or something...unlike the uchiha-senju flashback that was cool...but it was a good chapter all in all...

Actually was'nt as bad as I thought and it looks like this dialogue is coming to an end anyway.

It sucks that the manga slows down and the anime gives us a crap story about the crystal jutsu user.

I'm excited to see what happens after all of this!!!!

Heh, after the complete snorefest that was the last chapter, this one was pretty damn good.

His lines got repetitive the second time they were quoted some 15 chapters ago bro.

Well, Yahiko knew it since he called him the messiah when he was dying in his arms, if anything he knew that Nagato was the key to inevitably change the world.

Hanzo *should* have noticed it but for Kishimoto´s credit, it looks like they never actually had direct eye contact, it was Yahiko who did the negotiations with him.

And Danzo didn´t saw him from a close distance either.

So, Naruto also gets to know some things about Danzo.Hope he remembers those things later...

And well,battle for power is battle for power. Being too naive is....dumb...

it was a good chapter, i really liked it. however, im hoping that they would speed up the story a little. having multiple chapters full of talks sometimes makes the story boring. no offense guys.

It felt like forever waiting for this chapter, I guess because the spoilers came out so early..

I liked it, but I think my point still stands about Yahiko sacrificing himself without guarantee that Hanzo would release Konan. Yahiko may be a saint, but that's just unrealistic.

This second 'pain' still doesn't really justify to me Nagato's turning point, or make him interesting enough.. So he lost his family and best friend? So did 90% of all other ninjas. Where's the real pain? Deep betrayal is a much more interesting motivation. Hanzo's betrayal wasn't a big deal, they should have been wary about him anyway. Sasuke and Gaara's were much more intense and therefore believable motivations.
