What fuzzles me is that Sasuke is doing the same that Orochimaru did earlier in the manga...

I'm guessing he means trying to take out konoha.

But this time around, he probably has a greater chance on taking out Konoha

He's the same character... The difference is now he knows the truth about the whole incident with his clan, and even then, he's only targeting those who are responsible. Additionally, what makes you think doing so won't actually help Konoha? After all, corrupt people have never helped society.

Yeah but he will kill many others in the process.

Actually, he only knows half the truth, and I'm not even considering Tobi lying in his testimony here. One obvious crime Tobi has committed is omission of facts, and we clearly see this in how he hasn't explained his activities outside of the Itachi storyline since leaving the village.

But, I don't think Sasuke is dumb enough to miss this big hole this time around. Unfortunately, I too foresee the Naruto and Sasuke reconciliation and a team turnaround against Madara. Where Pain plays into this plan I don't know.

Remember the time that Sasuke fought those 300 men under Orochimaru's teachings? He never really killed them. I guess maybe he won't kill those he doesn't believe are "evil", like the Elders. He even said himself, it's just the Elders he wants to kill.

I actually dont think it will happen...

In the process of finding Jugo not one got killed, they were all taken out without their lives were in danger.. The only one who killed anybody were suigetsu, and he did that because Sasukes wasnt looking.

Even in the training Sasukra got from Orochimaru, he didnt kill any of the hundreds nins he took out. He's a guy who ONLY go after those he target. If he doesnt see a reason for them to die, then he doesnt harm them...He after revenge, he's not goin on a killing spree (though it could be nice..)

I also think there is a possiblity for Sasuke turning the table on Madara, I actually think he made a plan from day one. He still wants to kill Madara for aiding Itachi/elders in killing his clan, so Sasuke in a way is also using him.
