Thread: Sharing Powers Jutsu?? [Spoiler; 403]

I really wanted to create a thread on this. Because I think Spoiler 3 is real (the pics are and they match the spoiler). Thus I think a thread on Itachis jutsu is kinda appropriate. But there's still a chance it's not accurate. Well we'll see about that.^^

So Itachi split his power with Naruto. Yah. Something's off.
First of all since when was sharing your power common enough to have no need to be explained at all?
We've seen Sasuke use an implanted Amaterasu on Madara. That was awfull enough, but since both of them are brothers and sharingan users it was sort of believable. But there were no further explanations except for Madara's 'oh i see he must have implanted amaterasu..' like it's something obviously common to do.
And now he's supposed to have shared his 'power' with Naruto? That's awfully inconsistent. If this was possible all along then why not just have all sorts of powers transfer to yourself? This makes Orochimaru's pursuit of a kekkei genkai look totally stupid.
Okay there's still the possibility that Itachi was the ONLY one to actually develop a jutsu which lets him transfer his own jutsu, powers, aids or whatever. (No we actually have to assume he was the only one otherwise a lot of things wouldn't make sense. Though I'm really disturbed to see Madara react like it was common, logical, blah.)
But here's the next contradiction.
How could he transfer anything to Naruto, by just meeting his Bunshin? That may be presumptious of me, but i always assumed that Naruto pulled a Tayuu-Kage-Bunshin and let his CLONES handle the exploration while his true self stayed SAFE with team konoha.
Wasn't that idiot supposed to stay at least by Hinata and Yamato? Being Akatsukis primary target and all.
So basically any physical transfer is nonsense, because Naruto only gains their experienced memories. Which means UNLESS Itachi genjutsu'd the bunshin teaching his subconsciousness some sort of jutsu or he actually encountered the REAL Naruto this whole transfer is a pile of crap.
What do you think about this Sharing-Power-no-Jutsu?

All sorts of ideas and theories on his jutsu are most welcome. (Unless they're in any way realted to obito or another equally annoying theory)

Well, it's not very consistent, but as I wrote in the Spoiler thread, I'm assuming that by power, Itachi gave Naruto some of his knowledge (Knowledge is Power thing) either physically through crow/bunshin contact, or by a genjutsu.
This transfer could be instantaneous, or need a trigger, like Sasuke's amaterasu. I thought about Jiraya's death as a trigger. It will for sure be a trigger for a lot of things for Naruto.
Or, something even weirder (is that english? it's not my first language), is jutsu's transfer through chakra.
Well, the crow is Itachi's materialization of chakra, Kagebunshin Naruto too.
By entering KB Naruto, its chakra affected the chakra of KG, thus Naruto's memory.

All of it can be crap, nothing solid to rely on

well,as I already said,I kinda agree with Bledge....
but it could be that he gave Naruto something that has an advantage over Sharingan/MS
and I do think that was the real Naruto,but if not,then the power was possibly transferred through his thoughts or smth like that.....well,too early to actually say anything,we should wait and see (and if Naruto gets Sharingan,I´ll be pissed xD)

I believe it is just a Plot device no Jutsu

He'll probably gained something it can be a Jutsu or a message from Itachi.
We only see Sasuke do an Amaterasu only once
and maybe Naruto will gain some Gentjutsu techniques or so
to even up his for coming fight

First, on the share/transfear power thing. Can be that it somehow can be done, by giving up alot of yourself, and cutting of large chunks of your own power. Which would explain about people who might know how too do it, not doing it left and right.
As for how it worked with a crow bunshin on Naruto's kagabunshin... The power that was shared can be anything.

dont know. I just dont like it. So what happens next? Naruto will somehow gain the sharingan? It's just stupid. like rdk said, its plot hole no jutsu... just like that Odama Rasengan which have somehow disappeared.

First of all, are you guys sure that thing was a bunshin? As far as i know, itachi used sharingan, and since sasuke could see through bunshins with his sharingan, why wouldn't itachi have the same abillity?

If my memory is failing me, and the naruto encountering itachi was a bunshin, then the only thing that would make sense, would be that the power being transferred was knowledge in general, or knowledge of how to perform a certain technique.. you know, like he transferred experience into his brain, matrix style.

hm.

The crow going into narutos mouth was genjutsu...so i dont think it could be anything but knowledge....still sends shivers down my spine how naruto is so stupid he hadnt mentioned it before...

If it were genjutsu it would be easy to make Naruto forget that he knew about the encounter, and he only remembers it when the "trigger" happens.

Or it would also be easy for Itachi to convince Naruto that he needs to keep it a secret... Naruto is pretty gullible.

He can't and neither can Sasuke (unless Kishimoto decided to change this sometime after Itachi was tricked by Kakashi's kage bunshin).
