Are ANBU the only REAL ninja's in this series?
It just bugs me that ANBU seem to be the only ones that carry out assasinations. Traditionaly all ninja carry out assasinations as long as they're paid. Most of the missions carried out by Konoha are paid for, and yet guys like Naruto and the other main characters are only sent after truly evil ninja. I can understand going after people who are a threat to Konoha village, like Akatsuki and rival villages, but everyone just seem to do whatever they feel like doing. The last time i checked no one's paying anyone to go after Sauske and he's not a threat to the village. and constantly going after someone and trying to force them to come back home against their will is retarded. All you'll accomplish is pissing them off enough to try and kill you.
I would like to see all Konoha ninja sent on missions regardless of whether their targets are good,evil or neautral. ANBU are sent after just about everyone. They seem to be the only ones who know what the word ninja means. Also am the only one irrirtated with the fact that these guys are supposed to be elite and they seem to die by the dozens and guys like Naruto who charges into danger half the time and still manages survive another day?. I just want the ANBU to get the respect they deserve.
