Exactly correct. Stop comparing a fictional world's mechanics with real world mechanics. They aren't the same thing. I could create a world where fire will burn away water and only wind will put it out. It wouldn't make any sense in this world, but a fictional world doesn't have to make sense, that's the glory of having an imagination.

And it's not that important anyways.

Water can easily beat earth any day as long as the water jutsu is stronger.

the bigger issue is identifying which is the SIXTH elemental chakra.

Actually your kinda wrong. Theoretically Darkness can grab some one. Gravity is what a backhole right, it grabs things all the time. Not the best example but it gets the point. Also there are other forms of matter in the universe we don't know about, there is even possible black, cold plasma. If that doesn't exist which it very well may, and can be physcially controlled then yes, you can control darkness.
Again since Lightning and fire are all partial plasmas seem thing goes for them as well. I mean you really should look into plasma's here and we are having this talk under the hypothetically assumption that people or Ninja's can control these elements with their mind in some form.
Also wind can Theortically cut you, if its refined or modified enough yes. Almost any force is capable of doing this if the proper conditions are met.
Now for the spinning charaka, wind can push you right. When things move fast wind and air pressure accumulate right. I am logically assuming that the chakra in Naruto's hand is spinning as fast or faster than most centrifuges that are in place in labs right now. THese centrifuges can spin thousands to millions times faster than earths gravity. Considering that Chakra has a mass, because it can hold people, light then, squish them,etc, so it would be some from of energy plasma, its total mass being magnified by the the revolution of the gravity & lets not forget the Centrifugal force , I can go on, these can make the resengan very powerful, in those aspects alone. Take also the fact that the original depictions of the resengan was that it is a technique that goes into the body and then implodes(not the modified version so Naruto can have a tech for fillers he can use repeated without any harm or death), let's not even go into how the gravitational forces, plus the Centrifugal force would shred the persons organs & fractionate their cells, plus destroying them period. Once the Rasengan reaches super critical capacity, what happens to any thing that exceeds this. It explodes, super violently many times the norm. Uberly destorying your body from the inside out. then again I don't think the author even considered all of this when making the tech but it is yes, S or a high A+, class tech.

I can go on with many more things but I think you get my point.

However the main point is valid, you can't bring the real world laws to fiction, really. As long as the physics of that universe is being properly followed then the universe will make sense. I mean in our world how the hell can fire beat Wind. I mean think about it, if you control magic fire, you still have to do some partial wind manipulation for the fire to move and dance through the air, I mean the fire doesn't exist in some void, it cannot exist in void. There may be some fallacy in what I'm saying but the point is still carried across.
I mean naruto stopped following its own universe physics long ago so what's even the point of trying to figure out I can't remember the authors name, Kismoto or somethings. What's the point in trying to figure out his convoluted and and confusiong physics.

Darkness is simply a place with the lack of light. I can close my room, turns off the light, and I at my will create darkness, but that won't create a blackhole, thus it can not grab, hold, suck me!

While Lightning is a very well know type of Plasma, Fire is NOT, there is no such thing as "partial plasma" or yourself is "partial gay"?

Applying centrifugal force its done on all direction, such as rasengan do it should explode on impact, because all that centrifugal energy wants to get out, NOT focus on a single point and create a "drill like" effect! Like it does, and the "blowing" up wouldn't be pretty... would be like someone sticking a C4 on your belly!
