Long story short...........what? It seems he needs two for the fact he has two eyes in the first place. Not that both are required to gain permanent Mangekyou, but rather to not have one dead eye in the first place.

Izanagi is the the third ougi sequence (the black hole thing) :P This is just some made up visual the creators of the game made. If Izanagi does appear in the manga, I don't know if it will even be like that.

Okay, I have to confess that I pointed out this theory to see if some people had similar impressions as me when I read it, and Sion and Ire brought up two points that came close to what I though.

Yeah, I thought it would have made more sense for Itachi having yang/Izanagi Madara being ying/Izanami, and Sasuke also being ying/Izanami, diagnosing by mangekyo moves (for Itachi), body traits (for Madara), and behavior (Sasuke's vengeful behavior, an "avenger", right?).

Also, I don't think it matters how we diagnose Madara because I think having EMS will allow him to pull of both Izanagi and Izanami abilities (read below for my explanation).

If they take one Yin eye and one Yang eye, then for me would make some sense to me, as that person would have access to both eyes and could like combine skills and whatnot.

I didn't think exactly like that, but I followed a similar thread and didn't buy the idea of there being different kinds of eternal mangekyos. It makes more sense to me to have two types of regular mangekyo's classified by ying/Izanami and yang/Izanagi specializations, but I thought the combining of the two types of mangekyos in making eternal mangekyo allowed for the balancing of the ying and yang. This would explain how the eternal mangekyo didn't go blind while the mangekyo went blind (since the ems has balanced ying/yang energy and the mangekyo doesn't). This would also explain how the manga said the EMS had its own jutsu that was more than the combination of the two eyes.

That was Tsukuyomi I believe.

Its Izanagi. You can hear Itachi say "Genjutsu Izanagi" if you pump the volume. At first I thought it was Tsukiyomi as well but it wasn't.

The first ougi is Goenkyu, second Utakata, third Izanagi, fourth is Itachi/Kisame team up.

supposedly itachi draws the Totsuka no Tsurugi in the upcomming chapter

Totsuka no Tsurugi (十拳剣), or "The Sword Ten Hands Long", was first used by Izanagi to kill his son, the fire god Kagutsuchi, who killed his wife, Izanami, during childbirth. After trying to retrieve Izanami from Yomi (the underworld), Izanagi went through a cleansing ritual in which Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo were spawned from his eyes and nose.

More relevant to this chapter of Naruto, the Totsuka no Tsurugi was also used by Susanoo to kill the Yamata no Orochi. The blade of the sword broke as he did this, but within the Yamata no Orochi he found the Kusanagi no Tsurugi.

so aside from tsukiyomi, susanooh and amaterasu itachi even has izanaGIs sword...
i don't see that itachi being izanami-type thing come true

i doubt that very much
most of the jutsus are rather 'new' or especially invented to fill gaps
each character has 2 jutsus (up,up,O & down,down,O) and 3 ougis (activated by Triangle -> Circle, type of ougi is defined by different criteria) [team ougis not counted]
a lot of the ougis are of course pretty much the same old jutsus we know, but there are also new ones which just fill gaps <.<
most of the reversal and awakening ougis are new for one reason; its because we havent seen most characters use their glorious and best jutsus yet
ever seen ino do sth at all? or ever seen shino creating a gigantic bug sphere with the destructive power of at least 3 rasenshurikens?
no matter whats their ingame jutsus are called, they're not canon

on a sidenote: accel games really kickass!^^ though the partner system of accel 2 really sucks badly <.< they should have made it optional

There are very few games that are exceptions to this rule! And I can count with just one hand!

Game = Anime, doesn't matter they ARE canons. Third party NOT the original author

I've seen some doujins that Naruto is able to create a shadow clone giantic penis, so since its taken by the manga, its not canon?
