well, anyway, i have.

Apparenttly, the latest DVD Shippuuden released also came with a special 10 minute OVA release, or so I’ve heard: a short episode with images and voice acting (no animation... just stills... like a drama cd with a "picture book").

Basically, since the release of the second opening "Michi, To You All",where Naruto and the gang were in School Uniforms and in a normal Gakuen(Academy/School),The ratings went entirely high and many people requested a simple OVA for the ending.

SPOILER:

・ナルト、サスケ、サクラ、ヒナタ、いのは声付き
Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Hinata, are the voice stars.
・キャラクターは絵だけのキャラも含めればほぼ全員出ている
Almost all the characters make an appearance.
・サクラは女子テニス部に入っている模様
Sakura is a tennis player. (I think? Um.)
・ナルトが転入してくる。夢は総番長になること
Naruto just moved. His dream is to be a gang leader.
・転入して早々サスケと喧嘩。サクラに怒られカカシに取り押さえられる
He gets into a fight with Sasuke right off the bat. Sakura gets mad and he gets in trouble with Kakashi.
・他校の番長がナルトに喧嘩を挑んでくる。ナルト圧勝。ヒナタナルトに惚れる
Another school gang leader challenges Naruto to a fight. Naruto completely defeats him. Hinata falls in love with Naruto.
・その後もナルトはキバ、リー、テンテン、チョウジ、ネジ（生徒会長）などと喧嘩をして勝利す る
Kiba, Lee, Tenten, Chouji, and Neji are on the student council. It says something about someone winning a fight, but I really have no idea.
・職員室は大騒ぎ。しかし園長の綱手は嬉しそう
There's an uproar among the school staff, but Tsunade, the principal, seems pretty happy.
・ナルトとサスケ原作同様事故により喧嘩中にキスをしてしまう。その日からライバルに
Naruto and Sasuke accidentally kiss when they get into a fight like the original incident in the series. From that moment on, they are rivals.
・ある日、他校の番町にサクラ、ヒナタ、いのが人質に取られ、ナルトひたすら殴られる
One day, the gang from the other school takes Sakura, Hinata, and Ino as hostages and beat up Naruto.
・しかし生徒達が助けに来る。ナルトとサスケが握手をして一件落着
But all the other students come to help. Naruto and Sasuke shake hands (like in the ending) and settle their problem with each other.
・サクラ、ツンデレに手編みのセーターをナルトに渡す
Sakura handknits Naruto a sweater.
・ヒナタ、ナルトとデート。黒いワンピースの私服を披露。クラスメートたちに監視される
Hinata goes on a date with Naruto. She wears a black one piece outfit. All the other classmates are watching.
・その後、綱手が騙され学園が暁に乗っ取られそうになっていることが発覚
After that, Tsunade gets tricked and it seems like Akatsuki is going to take over the school.
・それとほぼ同時に、天才少年サイが転入してくる。チンポ連発
Almost simultaneously with that, the genius boy Sai transfers in. Cue penis rapidfire.
・暁がシルエットのみで登場。学園を乗っ取ろうと企てているらしい
Akatsuki appears as a silhouette. It seems their plan for taking over the school will succeed.
・ナルトの保護者代わりなのかスーツでイルカが登場
Naruto is protected by Iruka? This one's got me stumped.
・イタチも黒金ボタン学ランを着てサスケと再会
Itachi meets up with Sasuke.
・そして謎の転入生、丸子（大蛇丸。三つ編みに女子制服にルーズソックス、すね毛）がサスケ
を誘惑。カブ子（カブト。同じ格好だがすね毛はない）もやって来る
Then a new transfer student, Maruko (Orochimaru in a sailor uniform) shows up to seduce Sasuke. Kabuko (Kabuto) comes, too.
・サスケ、誘惑に乗ったのか転校してしまう
Sasuke is lured and transfers to the other school.
・そこに現れる砂高校のエリートっぽい三人。ピッチリ七三分け＋白学ランの我愛羅＆カンクロウ 。 我愛羅額に「勉」の文字。三人とも眼鏡。テマリたんは同じ髪型で眼鏡にブレザー姿。リボンのつ い たボレロに黒いワンピース。我愛羅も総番長を狙っている模様
The elite three students of the Suna high school - Gaara, Kankurou, and Temari - show up. Gaara also wants to be a school gang leader.
・そして卒業式の日、激突するサスケとナルト
The day of the graduation ceremony, Naruto and Sasuke clash.
・EDでサクラが髪を切っていた理由が判明。芝生に寝ていたらガムが髪にくっついてしまったら しい
It ends with Sakura getting gum in her hair and cutting it.

Althought i haven't yet put my hands on this. I have some images though << pretty disturbing ones also. XD

In this strange world I come from, where logic and common sense exist no less, Sasuke is more akin to the "Punk Rocker"/"Joch" type than anything "Emo" or "Goth." Hell, Shizune and Gaara are more likely to be stereotypically "Emo" in appearance and speech than Sasuke.
