Answer: not everyone is obsessed. I like reading Naruto. Like.. if you started a book and you liked it, you would finish it, right? It's kinda like that.. in a way. It's certainly not of an obsessive nature.. Not for me anyway.

I don't know how perma bans work :P but there are ways, probably.
Unless they don't care enough to see what people said. But if it were me, I'd find a different computer to access it from if I couldn't access it from mine.
