I think on eye techniques Madara would win (coz he's saying something about that sharingan power thing in a past chapter) but that won't stop Pain easily as he can resurrect his own dead body. It seems to me that they're equal but I feel that Pain is a better character so I vote for Pain.
Just vote for the one you feel would win.

Didn't jiraiya says that pain's eyes was a legendarily eye technique that was the strongest out of the 3 eye technique? So I say pain is stronger, also pain has more potential then Madara with his ability to use all type of technique and his multiple bodies
