Shippūden: Latest Anime Episode Discussion [Episode 40+]

The episode started off well enough. However within the whole first half of it, there was only one hit given. The entire thing was a stand still. I know a lot of shows use build ups, but c-mon, if that episode was a stand alone episode, it would of been pretty freakin bad.

The second ep wasn't all that great as well. Again, i know they have to use build up, but i expected this hour long ep to at least start the fight. I definitely remember the fight in the manga as being epic and big.

Its just sad to see that the last episode of the year was nothing more than build up which kind of sucks since the next ep isn't until January 10th. They really have to stop with this 18 mins of blank staring and 4 minutes of fighting

For the whole damn episode, I was sitting going 'four tails, four tails,' and still, not until the very end of the bloody episode, did he go four tails. He spend half the episode sitting and glaring, and not acting crazy at all, which is how I would expect him to act.

That episode really sucked IMO. All it had was people staring at eachother. Seriously 70% of that 40 minuets was people just looking at eachother. If anything the next 2 episodes should be the double episode since they are going to have some (hopefully) great action. I really dont get why these 2 episodes were the double ones. It was a real let down.....now we got to wait till jan 10th to see what we all wanted to see in this episode.......

Yep, it was a staring contest. I gave up on the episodes a long time ago, only my sis that watches them now...

i totally agree with ya guys they 1hr special covered like 2 1/2 manga

these two episodes were pretty lame.

They sucked!! There was very little action for this episode

To me it wasn't that bad because i already knew that would happen, just like the Sakura and Sasori fight there was all this talking and then in one episode they had this really good fight scene with good animation and music, and thats whats gonna happen in the next episode with Naruto and Orochimaru. Its also whats gonna be happening with all the other fight scene in the future all this crap buildup then BANG a really good fight for one episode then crap again.

this is how tokyo tv extends their animes and suck every value out of the orginal manga. seriously it took me like 15 mins to watch that as i just keep fast forwarding and avoid the useless parts.
