Thread: The Akatsuki Failed Before They Even Begun

Think about it for pein's bigboom jutsu to be made he needs all the tailed beasts and their powers completely but thats impossible. Because the nine tail is missing the other half of its power it was sealed in the 4th and the only person who knows this is jaraiya there is no point in pein continuing his plan as the strongest of the tailed beasts has been halved and the power supply for th jutsu itself is insufficient.

You do know that Pain's already outlined two fake plans right?

Akatsuki's actual plan has to involve Madara controlling Pain (and achieve something Madara would actually be personally interested in).

If it doesn't account for that, it's just crap that Pain made up to distract his opponent.



About the Kyuubi, I don't think that what Jiraiya said was clear enough for us to tell what actually happened to Naruto, and how the seal works.

Did it say that the other half, or the Yin half, of the Kyuubi was sealed inside Minato?

Thats just speculation that Tobi is Madara, cant be proven yet.

But there was enough information said as to how the Kyuubi was sealed. The Kyuubi was split in two, and the Yang half went into Naruto and the Yin half was sealed with the Shiki Fuujin.... whatever the hell that is(could someone clarify that?). As for how the seal works, apparently there is a Key inside that Toad scroll thingy's belly....

He says that he is. And he visits the VotE, and he's interested in how Sasuke (And his sharingan) is developing, and he's powerful enough that he completely controls Pain, someone's whose powers are totally broken.

No matter what else he is, there's no reason not to assume that he is Madara, especially when such a person has been connected with the Kyuubi.

what chapter was it revealed half of the nine tails's power was sealed in the 4th? it sounds like i missed this part even though ive read all of part two. was it revealed in the first part before the time skip? or have i just forgotten it.

The translations of the exact meaning of what Tobi said whilst with Pein and Konan is controversial - It is merely semantic confusion by us.

Unless there is cold, hard, evidence that Tobi is ACTUALLY the one and only Uchiha Madara, then it is wrong for us to assume that Tobi = Madara.

We know that Tobi has the sharingan, but that does not necessarily mean that he is an Uchiha. (eg, Kakashi) Of course, due to his inherent possession of the Sharingan, he is bound to have an interest in Sasuke's progressive growth. (maybe to guage his sharingan ability to his own)

My initial thoughts when it was revealed that Tobi had the sharingan was that Tobi was a strong ninja that somehow managed to dig up Madara's body and transplant his powers, or absorb, or devour, etc.

But what i say is purely speculation, he may totally be Uchiha Madara, who knows.

well, since there is a scene with tobi standing on top of the madara statue, implying that there's a personal connection between the two. He may not be the exact same person, but there will probably be a possession jutsu or something.

Off cause he's an Uchiha, And with all the suttle hints about Madara, he IS him. The manga continues to mention Madara, like the statues, The demon fox, etc. And the fact that Tobi sits on the Madara statues is a bit too suspicious. So with the clan dead, only survivor is Sasuke, and Itachi. And then we got some mysterious guy named Madara, we know nothin about him, if he is dead or alive. Next thing we know, a guy with the sharingan pops up. It doesn't make sence why it should be any other then Madara.

But the only thing I can't figure out is that, why the hell, does he only have one eye..And don't give the Obito solution ^^

But offcause, the kishi could let us to believe that it is 100&#37; him, and then cheat us outta our 10$, makin it..dunno some unkown guy..or Obitio >_<

if its madara,whats with half his body?if its obito, why's he alive and how did all of him grow up?
its those questions that stop me from believing tobi=madara.chances are its true,yes.

Tho, I'm quite sure that all the best Naruto translators all said that during the conversation with Pain and Konan Tobi did say that he was Madara, and not just that he had his power.
As for only one eye, deception?

As for the plan. Do the badguys ever win in this kind of litterature? =P
