I voted for Itachi cuz..uhm i just think the sharingan is awesome!! i would have voted for mandara if he had his old look and not that ugly orange mask... but itachi looks very cool so i voted him. His jutsu's are also very cool. 2e place is for me deidara and pein they are pretty cool 2
