Yeah, I can see Shika-boy and Temari getting together. Isn't it weird that Shikamaru tends to just attract bossy women, for all his (supposed) displeasure?

Still, I'm rooting for Neji and Tenten. We haven't seen those two much recently, they are bound to have been up to something .

Tenten has a crush on Lee, since she watched him train with a big ass smile on her face.
But I dont think Kishimoto is going to tell any lovestory.

The plot is not "who is going to become a couple", the plot is "pwn Akatsuki, Naruto becoming Hokage, Sasukes revenge".

What's wrong with a little revenge/ambition/world domination with a little romance on the side?It's not like no manga before has touched the issue

^Agreed. But the romance is always subordinate to everything else going on, so it will probably only be rushed over in the end.

i don't think sakura's gonna end up with sasuke, and as you rightly said, this sort of thing is usually tied up at the end, with a time skip or something.
