^Phantom. Tobi and Obito, when written in Japanese, are made up of 2 characters that are common in both names, just that the order is switched. Irecinius has mentioned how this is strange to the pronounciation because technically the spelling of Obito's name implies his name should be pronounced Bito. So the letters really are reversed.
And don't clump Tobi=Obito with Baldy =Pain. People who generally support 1 theory actually don't support the other.
