^he had a hard time sealing a human even if he was old he was one of the most gifted ninjas in the villages history...I doubt that the same technique for sealing a human would work on an enormass mass of pure chakra.

Also, we really don't know what type of sealing jutsu variation yondaime used on the fox. Using Sandaime v Orochimaru to compare to Yondy v Kyuubi is a terrible idea because Kyuubi is much more dangerous than Orochimaru, Yondy probably has a much better understanding of sealing jutsu than Sandaime, and both Sandaime and Orochimaru aren't as strong as their counterparts in the Yondy/Kyuubi counterparts at the time.

Yondaime did a combination of three seals, namely Hakke no Fuuin Shiki, Shiki Fuujin, and Shishou Fuuin. Sandaime did only one of those seals, which is the death god seal, Shiki Fuujin. The price for using Shiki Fuujin is the user's life.

Sandaime only did one of the seals because the other are for the purpose of mixing the fox's chakra with Naruto

lol namikaze minato is naruto dad and the 4th and uzumaki kushina from whirlpool his mom...jiraiya says that she was like one of the guys... so she probably was there a while, maybe since childhood?

Nooo. What made you think that? Tsunade only said that Kushina grew up into a beautiful woman considering she was in her childhood possibly.

hmmm...it does seem odd that ppl hated him so much if he was the 4th's kid. but it's possible that they weren't married when naruto was born so the villagers didn't kno...but then, how did tsunade and jiraiya kno? ah, the madness goes on and on and on and on

They probably knew because they were in contact with him alot, him being the hokage. Maybe Yondaime's private life was kept secret. He had a child and not much people knew. Like every time someone has a kid they don't gather everyone in the village and say "I have a new child, so in case you want to hate, tease or despise them, know that its my child,"

The best theory I can come up with for that one is simple and shown already in the story: How does Shikamaru know Temari? First meeting and the current situation - answer that, and you probably have the idea. (considering Kishimoto's love for repeating histories.)

Ugh, I wish that Masashi did not make it that way... okay, technically it's not set in stone that the 4th is Naruto's father but the turn of phrase points that way. What worries me is that this not only disrupts Naruto's character (imo) but plays hell with the backstory.
First, as people mentioned, everyone was afraid of/hated Naruto. You'd think that the 4th would have at least provided that much for the kid. Of course, if the people knew Naruto was the son of the 4th, chances are he'd be treated differently. So apparently they weren't told (Jiraya and Tsunade knew better, as did the 3rd). Well, this points to Naruto's mum being single or married to another man (that could be uncomfortable) - which is also why Naruto carries her family name. Isn't it typical that women in Japan adopt their husband's family name? Anyway, even if the 4th did not want it advertised that he had a kid (especially if the kid was a bastard, it's bad for public morale I guess), he could have provided for him a little more. Nice seeing you, my son, too bad your mum died, now I have to do something that will make your life even more of a living hell than being an orphan. Some father. It's not like he had to care about his reputation that much, as he was about to die a heroic death anyway.
Which brings a whole other issue: if the 3rd knew, it's strange that Naruto was being left with little to no supervision. Come on, he wasn't just the container for Kyuubi, but also the son and thus heir of one of the greatest geniuses (or should it be genii?) the village had ever known, possibly of an interesting bloodline. It is much more likely that he would be raised like Gaara, taken care of and under endless supervision. Well, we don't know whether there was special supervision arranged for Naruto, but it's not likely given the conduct of his teachers, and him being able to break into the 3rd's quarters in the very beginning of the book. That kind of kid is left to grow without supervision, and these guys call themselves ninja? Weird.
Third, a minor issue from chapter 367: Jiraya's reaction to Tsunade's comment. He does not remember the name of Naruto's mother - a woman whom he often met. Now not only is she the mother of the kid he's been spending the last few YEARS with; this is supposedly the beloved of his best pupil and near-son, the 4th. If anyone, he should have known about their relationship - his interest and knowledge of the 4th are obvious - and knew the girl quite well. Him forgetting her name seems absurd.
I would be much happier if the 4th was a near relation of Naruto, but not quite his father - an uncle or some such, which would still make sense when Tsunade and Jiraiya are talking. Then again, it's not like it depends on me. As for Naruto's mother being a refugee, does anyone know when her country was destroyed? From the talk I gather that she was in the Hidden Leaf for quite a while. "She was almost like one of the boys" would imo mean that not only was she somewhat of a tomboy, but that she was being accepted well by her peers. Plus, Tsunade says that iafterwards she turned into a beauty, so she was probably in the village at least as early as her early teens.
