I am of a similar mindset. I think the theory itself is very well thought out and has a lot of evidence suggesting certain pieces of the puzzle Yasha fit together, but the theory itself is a little too limited in scope to accurately fulfill all the questions and themes of Narito.

i have read this tengu theory. i guess it's pointless to say it's very well thought..
but just to define a little bit a so called theory: it all starts with a legend right? or so to say a basic structure that is somehow tide with logical ideas (based on one's imagination) to the artist's story so far.
so the question is: what part of this theory belongs to a legend (myth, whatever) and what apart belongs to the writer of this theory itself?

Ryoga-san is bang on about this one. The tengu theory is just a theory, albeit one that is presented well, and far too many people have unconciously accepted it as fact and bring it up to counter other opinions.

I've never heard of a legend involving evil tengu lords and the kyuubi. I could be wrong, but as far I know the only part the author of the theory didn't make up is the amount of tengu connections to the Uchiha (the tengu references in the artwork of the manga itself, I mean, there's nothing to suggest a tengu lord). That's the extent of his evidence, though, and it doesn't address Madara or his proposals about the motives of the characters. The beginning of the theory in particular is pure speculation.

Who cares -.- what it is. Its a theory, reading that was a complete waste of time everything you said were things anyone could've noticed. I'd rather read the manga then base the entire story on fanfiction.

I think the Tengu theory is very well done and has a lot of good content but a lot of it is also speculation and I think at best it is only partially true. Lots of great thoughts though and much of it I can agree with. It has been implied throughout the series that Hyuuga and Uchiha are somehow related and that Uchiha's sharingan may be an ascended form of Hyuuga's bayakugan. A lot of these more general points within the theory are quite likely true or at least hold weight. As for the parts pertaining to the actual story, that is more of a stretch. There is probably some truth there as well but overall, yes it is just a theory.

    A theory's just a theory,it could be right or wrong,wich doesn't really matter since it's just speculation.
