i can't imagine he would want to "improve" his rasengan by adding another element. Shit the thing completely destroys whatever is in front of him as it is, i have a hard time believing you can improve that.

Oh and Naruto has some pretty good strategies.. remember when he got Kakashi out of Zabuza's water prison thing? Naruto just hasn't been using his head lately.

I'd like to see Naruto get the Sharingan No Jutsu Eyeball technique blood limit thingy. Oh and the ability to summon Ramen that would be awesome.
