why did they have to be from another village?they could have just been ninja's without villages.its like the evolution of civilizations.
and the great villages, are the most powerful and the biggest villages, which means they are most likely the oldest.

The likelyhood of them being from another village is so high because the other of the 5 Great Ninja villages are much older, and the prospect of them being like the Hyuuga and just having been there is less likely then them coming from somewhere and making the village as a way to protect their new home and home country.

^ We don't know that, Konoha and Suna are both less than a century old, and they're both major villages, how can you say that the other villages are much older?

because it's been overtly said that Konoha and Suna are younger villages than their counterparts. With Konoha being the strongest currently in existence. I'm not saying Iwa, Kumo, and Kiri are centuries older than Konoha, but I am saying that they are older than Konoha.

It's mainly referenced in both the designs of the villages, as you can see that the architecture look more antiquitus than Konoha and Suna, And how each are spoken of by the characters from them.

^ When have we seen those villages? Or even had any in depth comment on them?

And how do you even judge how old the place is by the architecture? Everything in Suna is carved out a single piece of rock...looks pretty old to me, but they still only had five kazekage so far.
