If you like the theory you must accept that itachi killed them all to push sasuke to obtain the ms

Even if the theory holds true, how is Sasuke going to cooperate? Tobi, Itachi and Sasuke get together and use all 3 different MS techniques just like that? Maybe if Kish altered the rule to unseal Tengu, it wouldn't seem so cheesy.
etufo: HS is most likely going to die sooner or later. Who will kill the cool character killer?

Popo: well, obviously going by that logic, HS will have to kill himself...

One thing I don't get about the theory is where did this whole, Hyuuga falls in love with some demon guy? When was that stated in the manga? If it hasn't been said then so far the theory means jack. And how did the Hyuuga's gain the Byakugan?

I like the theory for three reasons.

    1. Well thought out.
    2. Doesn't have to be true, but raises good questions even if you don't agree with the answers. It got me thinking again, after a lot of the discussions on this sight were turning off my brain.
    3. Not a big complaint session.

My guess is that some parts of this theory will hold true, but most likely not all, but its a good educated guess.

I don't think Yasha's theory has accounted for all the recent Uchiha action with Itachi and Tobi too well. Even though it is a great theory, it calls for too much.

Because it bases sole on mythology not on the actions of the characters..
All the references are, artistic details, symbolism.

And it doesn't take in account recent events.. So the theory might have appeared appealing at the time, but with each chapter is getting weaker, and probably to the point will be silly

I like Yasha's theory, but it's too baseless. However I do believe that the Uchiha's are closely tied to the Tengu or even have Tengu blood. What made me think this way was Madara Uchiha's name. I've seen the word Madara used in another manga before, where there were certain people who could transform into animals and were called the Madarame, or the "spotted-kind". It's not hard evidence, or evidence at all, but I think it's something interesting to note.

it's based on nejis statement that the sharingan kinda evolved from the byakugan (neji comments on the sharingan, explaining the differences between the sharingan and his byakugan after seeing it the first time)

Well, I surely respec Yasha for creating sucha big and detailed theory from the shreds left here and there by a Kishi. And for the same reason I don't belive it will turn out to be true. It's just too detailed and so to be true in 100% it'd require Yasha beeing eithe Kishimoto in disguise or some kind of telepath (sharingan user?). It just has too many places where a hole can be. Still looking at all Tengu references that Yasha and his followers spotted I admit that it seems like there's something going around with that thing. Even if it's only mangaka's obseesion with Tengu style decorations. All in all even if Yasha's theory is wrong (what is more than probable) it's nicely thought and I like it.
