I'm just wondering if any of you guys have seen Kakashi without a mask... and what is it for anyway? Does he have smth wrong with his lips or he is forced to conceal himself?
I remember i saw a no-mask picture of him in the manga, but i can't find it anywhere.

they've never shown him unmasked. there was a joke chapter where they try to find out what he looks like, but based on the actions of the ramen guy and girl theres nothin wrong with his face. so no, no reader has seen his face
It's cos secretly he's a woman with a small bust. The best kept secret in all of Naruto.
Kakashi has been shown without a mask in the manga, but with his face still concealed by angles and stuff in the way (blanket/hand etc). We will probably never see him without his mask, and it doesn't really matter if we ever do. I think it's even better if Kishimoto never shows us his real face. He's just a ninja who looks like a regular guy, the mask idea is a way to make his character more interesting and appealing to the readers.

it just happens that most of it either involves Iruka, Asuma or Anko...
There was the beginning one chapter (title page) where we saw him from the side, right side I think, with just enough angle to prevent seeing his lips and nose. So, basically nothing new for us, except the fact that we know he isn't horribly burned on every inch of the lower jaw.
I agree thinking it's better to keep his face a secret. We know that there's a high probability that he's handsome, anyway (see ep 101)
