If this Akatsuki member is a girl, she will be pretty weak.
Because women in shonen mangas are always weak.
Look at Tsunade, shes like the strongest women in the naruto universe, still she is weaker than Sasuke, Naruto, Kakashi, etc.

If shes a guy, then gtfo, I hope Naruto kicks her crossdresser ass.

Tsunade still kicks Kakashi's ass without question and was able to beat Orochimaru. She is pretty strong and women really aren't weaker than men in Naruto. Just that there are less than 1/2 as many girls as guy ninjas.

Tsunade, Sakura, Chiyo all exemplify that.
