Thread: Who is strongest out of the 3 sannins?

I was curious who was the strongest? Also could someone also tell me if Itachi was stronger than them all? And last...what chapter did orochimaru admit that he was afraid of itachi?

Forgot the chapter. As for the sannin question their abilities and battle skills were made to ee balanced out, by each other sort of like the american system where there are three branches.

hmm..i think they're all somewhat equal. orochimaru and jiriya weren't at they're best when the 3 of them faced off, so we dont have any evidence. but based off of flash backs, orochimaru was the best. i'll get back to u with the chp if i can find it

We had a thread asking this question a while ago (6+ months ago)....and that thread sucked because no one could agree on anything.
