yeah, I think so too, since he's bringing out his C4. What I'm wondering is, with this "C4 Garuda", I looked up what Garuda was, and it's like a mythical half man half bird(unless there's more to that). So, he's transforming himself into that, as a last resort?

Either way, I strongly feel he's gonna die xD, or at least I hope so.

Plus, the flashback was interesting in itself, showing off the power of the sharingan.

I guess deidara might have joined just about Orochimaru left, or shortly after it..
But either way I don't see any problem with it.. (that is for the OMG Plot no jutsu, people..)
