as i was watching hunterxhunter just last week... i think that a lot of skills/abilities from naruto originated from hunterxhunter.

for example:

kurapicas red eyes ... its sorta similar to rasengan... both being red... and gives off a special skill once activated.

killua's electric atk... sorta similar to sasuke's chidora. but using condensed energy in the hand to form a lightning chakra/nen ultimate atk.

group of 4 as a team. Leorio kurapica gon and killua / kakashi naruto sasuke sakura. kakashi and leorio resembles ldrship and wise. naruto sasuke and gon killua resembles growth and kurapica and saukra resembles intellgence,

the ryodan and akatsuki. both being a villainous group filled wif S RANK CRIMINALS or HIGH bounty indivduals.

Chakra/Nen `` both needed to execute magic/skill a term for energy within both anime's

there might be more ... but these are some points that i figure was quite similar.....

please discuss ^^ ` dunt flame me if it was already emited ....

you got it all wrong.
the eyes are different by kurapika and sasuke, kurapika is already a genius at battling but his scarlet eyes ables him to use the nen chain.
the electric attack is an all around attack, the chidori has a limit and can only be charged by one hand.
Leo-rio is a side character, hes useless and very arrogant character.
The Akatsuki members...hhmm...sounds interesting but they got 9 members, Ryodan has 12 members but 2 died and 1 left, so it went to 9 then one joined, went to 10.
Its true chakra is like nen buuuut....the techniques on naruto has alot but on hunterxhunter it has even more, from what Kuroro had in his nen stealing book.

aw hell kid you just stumbled on a seceret only many people know. there was a thread on this in the naruto fan forums that talked about the same thing kid. trust me when theres a hell of a lot more comparisones than that,but im to tired to list them right now

try to find it if you can in those forums and youll see why theres a reason why people claim that kishi ripped off togashi(mangaka of hunter x hunter and yuyu).

P.S. its said that both mangaka's are friends

Sharingan, Sasuke, Chidori. < Learn them, its very easy and used alot

Chidori Na.. narasaki, nasaran na..gazaki.. something is the one that goes all around like a shield

nooooooo HxH is original ,it is one of my favourites ,we see a lot of electricity,red eye,groups of 3 or 4 good friends and group of villain in many mangas ,both naruto and HxHare shounen mangas and of course have simillarities

red eye? nen, chakura? S-class group, ryou-dan?

it's not only HxH and Naruto... many other manga implies these concepts in Japan...

only who lives outside the Japan, and read only the popular manga wouldn't know these things.
