I see that I wasn't the only one with whom kishi-bishie shared his secrets.
It was that indeed.
"The Sock" was apparently so powerful that it didn't support all juutsu's however it was perfect for Summoning and S rank.
That is why it was ordered by the red could queens.
But before Itachi could patch himself and solve his eye problems it was stolen by zetsu who swooped in his tutu and patched himself.
Allowing him to access the ultimate and ohh so ever elusive Golden Byakugan which was invented by Hyuuga Diesel a long time ago while fishing for his underwear in a pond full of 90 year old medical kunoichi's.

While I was medidtating and trying to comprehend everything Kishi-Bishie has told me, he came back and decided to share one more thing with me.
In the upcoming chapters Lee will receive special training ordered by Gai.
Gai has ordered Lee to become Sakura's Gimp.
Gai told Lee that it was absolutely necessary for him to master the DREADFUL lick my shoes taijuutsu while taking a beating and yelling out Mistress Sakura.
He asked Gai if it was a joke but Gai immediately slugged Lee while saying that he doesn't joke.
He told him that he was Kakashi's Gimp for years and it made him even stronger then his Master.
Then Gai went on and smiled at Lee while yelling show your Mistress the prim of youth.
So now Lee must master this dangerous and dark training.
While wearing assless leather pants and taking his punishments while yelling more more MORE mistress Sakuraaaaaaaaaa.
And then showing his fountain of youth.
Still till today no one has ever mastered this training except for Gai and Gai doesn't wwant to share his secrets .......
