I only counted the ones shown in the manga, If it's from fillers doesn't count. I don't trust the anime all that much anymore since they just love to add stuff to the series. I also hate the anime for creating there own moves for characters which in my opinion is lame.

@meth, That's what I was wondering about too, you'd think that each of the swords are unique and had a specific ability, not really much reason to keep them around if that wasn't the case, but this one doesn't seem to have an ability and it doesn't even seem to have a proper name (unless "head cleaver" counts as a proper name...)

maybe something special about how they were forged or what they are made of?

Maybe it does have an ability we have yet to see though. Kishi's sword steals/devours chakra after all and im assuming hes one of those 7.
