Just a random thought Sarutobi was a closest pervert ero-sennin is an open pervert kakashi is a pervert does that mean the 4th was? I just couldnt imagine yodaime acting perverted haha. Or could it have skiped like it did for naruto probably the least perverted character he dont care a bit about it haha.

theres a theme of "pervy old men" in the manga so he probably was.

3rd > ero-senin > 4th > kakashi age wise and since kakashi is a perv then the 4th probably was^^

dont forget, the 3rd falls for narutos sexy jutsu so its just a whole big line of pervyness^^

it possible that the 4th could be a perv whether or not he was noble.....look at the 3rd......he was pretty noble and he was a perv. i dont hink it realy matters though...its just a fun thing to think about.
