We do not know how Kakashi got his Mangekyou Sharingan. If the reason for him acquiring it was his guilt on Obito's death, then he should have had it a long time ago. I am not saying that this theory is not correct, just that it should not be taken as a fact, unless Kishimoto says so.

And best friend death is not condition of getting Msharingan ASFAIR it was killing him with one's own hand. And Kakashi didn't like Obito too much, it looked more like he disdained him till that last fight.

By the way, anybody else thinks that lying in his bed in a T-shirt Orochimaru looked very much like Ozzy Osbourne: weary expression, drugged-up look, messy hair and tattoos.

Why did he block the attack with his arms? If his wrists are broken he cant perform ninjutsu. If he can still use his arms in the next chapter...
