Recognizing Genjutsu and molding chakra making her an elite, well at least good, med-nin.
She doesn't have anything special through blood lineage because for all we know her parents aren't even ninjas.
Summon super strong clones and grab the enemy; concentrate some chakra to her foot and dash the enemy; and punch the guy's heart out.
she has the ability to beat the crap out of the strongest character in narutoverse... the kyuubi container himself...
she does it w/out breaking a sweat...

she is a medic, good at recognising genjutsu, very strong(like tsunade), and maybe she will use her medical ninjutsu just like kabuto did: creating very sharp scalpels of chakra.
She's the 2nd coming of Tsunade basically. And based on what Chiyo said, Sakura has the potential to become better than Tsunade(Not now but when she gets older).
Thats obvious because she has such a low chakra in her body that being able to mold chakra is like second nature to her...funny. Just goes to show you that having the most chakra doesn't mean you are stronger than the person with the lowest chakra.
