Heh. Well it did pierce his heart. Plus, he really got ambushed by Kakashi, so I doubt he'll be able to use a kage bunshin to dodge in time. My takes is that he dies, Hidan lives barely alive, reporting to Akatsuki, and his ass will be owned by the leader.
