Thread: Hanabi and Shikamaru

Hey, I have two questions.

One: How come Hanabi doesn't have a cursed seal?

Two: Remember when Naruto and Shikamaru catch Gaara inside Lee's hospital room? When Shikamaru caught Gaara with his kagemane no jutsu, he was hurt when Naruto punched him. However, in Shikamaru's fight with Kin, he was not hurt after Kin smashed her head onto the wall.

Loophole much?

...Main family, no other reason really.

He released it, again very simple.

Though for the second one there may or may not be instances where different things happened, like when Asuma tested a shuriken on Hidan's cheek to see if the curse was still in effect, but Shikamaru was still not hurt (though what specific jutsu he used was unclear).

hanabi is main like hinata
only neji and his father are branch that weve seen

as in if you push the other guy and he gets pushed too
or they just screwed up that one instance

Sure, Hanabi and Hinata are main branch sibling members. Hanabi would be another branch member right?

But weren't Hiashi and Hizashi main branch brothers as well?

Hiashi is HEAD family
Hizashi is BRANCH family

not sure why exactly but thats how it goes
Neji says its because Hizashi was born second but that didnt apply to Hinata/Hanabi

Hiashi is father to both Hinata and Hanabi who are both in the HEAD
Hizashi is father to Neji whos in the BRANCH and could kick the ass of both Hinata and Hanabi

Unless they actually decide to use the seal, that would be a great way for him to die, I know it's not going to happen, but still.

The time Shika caught Garaa with his shadow and was hurt because Naruto punched Garaa, is easy to explain.

In fact Shika did it himself. He said to Naruto that he does the same motion that Garaa does.
That's why he was hurt.
Not from the punch itself, just from the rapid motion resulting from it.


So he could've hurt himself at the time with Kin. But not because she hit her head on the wall.
Only from leaning backwards, if Shikas back couldn't deal with it.

hanabi is main family...........................

Hanabi: Remember Hiashi had said that he didn't care about Hinata and He made Hanabi the heir of the Hyuuga Clan. he even said Hanabi had more talent than Hinata.

Shikamaru thing: yep you are right about that. I don't see how he should get hurt when the only thing he is doing is holding the person with the Kage mane jutsu..

maybe shikamaru released the shadow before she hit the wall... but becos he moves so fast kin still hit the wall..

and hanabi.. maybe shes too young to get the seal.. or hyuuga hiashi changed his mind about doing it ..
