Thread: Hanabi and Shikamaru

I think as Shikimaru perfects his shadow skills, he doesn't become affected by the effects of the Shadow Bind. I mean, later one, he manages to strangle Tayuya while holding her in his Shadow Bind, but he doesn't get strangled in return, does he? Same for his Shadow Needles.

I think as he gains more control over his skills, he can negate that part.

i do remember where hiashi was saying she was stronger than hinata, but i dont recall him naming hanabi as the heir.

I think Hizashi became branch family because they were twins.

If Hizashi was two years younger he'd be in the head family too-

Maybe they did it just for the purpose we've seen in the flashback.

So that the branch family member can be sacrifed for the head family member if necessary.

i think the cross on his head looks retarded. wasnt it so that if the "second" (forgot wat it was called) family disobeys the first the first could hurt them or sumthin?

And yeah, the Curse Seal is to keep the Branch Family in check, as well as sealing up the Byakugan should they be used as sacrifices or simply be left where they lie, considering the "Why risk your life for the lesser ones"-reason.

About that Shikimaru thing:

I think that shikimaru shadowbind work (or at least it worked when he was at lower degree of skills) both ways... In other words, when connected with shadowbind, both bodies will make same kind of motion, no matter which body began to move, with Shikimaru, or another user of shadowbind having full movement control of both bodies. That means that if, for example the captured body is kicked into stomach and lean forward, that shikimaru body will also automatically lean forward, however it wont be hurt, it will just copy the movement of second body.
I think something simmiliar (or actually the same just less complicated...) was mentioned earlier, but it seems to be quite possible theory, at least.

At this point, I don't see Hanabi having anything on Shikamaru, but then again, we haven't seen her do anything. Ever.

Probally one will never marry, not starting a new branch.
And the one chosen Heir, will have this privilege.

And probally, the other will server as protector to the new heir.

Hyuuga heir, probally died was dieing when both Hizashi and Hiashi were born, so they had to make a descision on who would get the title..

Since Hinata's Father STILL the Heir, both Hinata and Hanabi have this grace period until they decide who will take on
