This is another idea that stole from another forum, school rumble to be exact, the following is edited to fit Naruto:

Request: post them in thumbnail format, like this below. It is done to increase the size of image that is on this page thus it will load faster. Think of people with slow connection (it is real hell to load pages with huge pictures inside them). You don't need to resize them though. If picture is pretty it would be an awfull waste then. Just thumbnails are fine
