Bitchin' chapter.

Full of interestingness:

Interesting indeed. Shikamaru uses the Asuma's chakra knives thingy, woot. And I thought Naruto will be the one who uses it because he got the wind chakra.. oh well. But Asuma's death really move Shikamaru so damn much.. he looks so serious now thats a good thing.. but he really smokes now isn't he.. how old is he damn.. lol.. We also get to see Konohamaru mentioned "Asuma-Ojisan" which means its now revealed what's the relationship between Asuma and him, heh..

In the last page, is team 10 going on a new mission or are they going to take revenge or what? They look so dead serious.. but it can't be this soon.. they will only get pwnzed by the Akatsuki.

just read the chapter definatly worth the wait imo. its a shame that naruto has to use two kage bunshins to put the wind recompisition into the rasengan, hopefully he learns the trick to do it and then is able to do it on his own. but this is probably just wishful thinking on my part. with shikamaru taking over from asuma its almost as if he never died however with shikamaru's intellect i think he will be a better version.

Maybe they'll explain the yin/yang thing about chakra now; whatever Shikamaru uses shouldn’t be one of the five elements.

The relative heights looks sort of screwed up with them all standing next to each other at the funeral.

It's going to take a while if anyone bothers to put in the translations for the shogi pieces in a scan, and even then it'll take a while to figure out it means without knowing the rules.

Wait, perhaps I didn't understand properly, but... did Kakashi seriously not think of the other clone thingy? WAS HIS EXAMPLE REALLY A JOKE?
Anyway, really good chapter. But Shikamaru's shogi thing makes me wanna know what it is Asuma told him about the king. Grrr.

Oh, and Ino's stomach looks funky.

I gotta make three points:

One: Yes, Naruto took the "obvious way out." Damn. Still like it, though.

Two: I see Shikamaru learning more and more attack-type skills.

and, of course, Three: I think Naruto became as homophobic as Jiraiya.

EDIT: One more thing, doesn't it look like Naruto's Wind Chakra isn't the same "cutting type" that Asuma explained Wind is. (Naruto Universe Laws)
