third hokage. if we could use kage bunshin in order to seal, then why not use another kage bunshin instead of his real body to seal orochimaru?

Don't you need a soul in order to do that seal anyway? Kage bunshins don't have souls...

The reason is even if he used 3 kage bunshins, he would have died either way.

Also, Oro was the biggest risk so he didnt want to send a kage bunshin after him that could be destroyed easily.

i meant the buunshins were able to seal them and if i recall correctly sandaime apologized to those two and they replied.
