I'm not that computer savy, how do I go about translations? Or is it that there are no translations on top of the actual pages (the way the manga is)?

Most of the translations are under "Child Boards", which are sub-forums, the threads there are about translations of specific pages.
There's also some translations in the other threads (not under child boards).
There are very few scanlated pages (as far as I've seen), though some threads have them.
