i think i now who is this german guy hes acting in a show where named Quarks und co. But im not sure if he is.

He´s named Ranga Yogeshwar (academic degree in physic), born in Luxembourg and son of a luxembourgean mother (art historian) and indian father (scientist). And is currently moderating a scientific show in Germany, which he founded.

but naruto is full of drugs to not sure which drug is called kyubi on the street but hey
