Thread: Naruto Wind Element Close to Mid Range

The other threads are close to this one, but i felt that this was totaly another seperate issue than just mixing the 2 together or what new thing he will create.

If you think about it if Naruto can cut a leaf just by touching it...and is going to cut a waterfall just by touching it...Doesnt that make his combat ability increase like 100 fold. Imagine him just hitting someone and applying... wind chakra..would that not just split the person in 2 ? Just as how we saw Asumas knife (knuckle knife or what eva u want to call it) go through the tree.

Maybe someone can help me out.... Does this make Naruto way over powered? All he has to do is hit someone and he can split them in-two, this makes him way stronger than sakura and way stronger than even Tsunade... Or do u think he is not going to be able to use it the way I am describing and if so why? Asuma said it himself all he has to do is think of making the chakra thin and it becomes like a knife. Maybe he needs something like Asumas daggers to make it like a cutting blade..but then doesnt that contradict the whole point of cutting the watter fall? Because even if he cant get it super thin. If any of you have read Berserk u will know that the sword is big enough it just tears through things. So meaning he wouldnt even have to make it relatively sharp either..he would just need to form a blad with his chakra at close range....

I see how the wind is good for close range. I dont get how it is good for mid-range. As much fighting that goes on ..the rate of dagger hitting the target is still kind of low.

remember in the sasuke 'fight' how sasuke chidori blade cut thru yamatos kunai like it was butter

this is jus a way to combat that

well, that 's provided if he ever hits the opponent. sasuke's speed still has the advantage.

imagine this.....naruto create bunch of bunshim...........and throw a lot of kunai....every single of the kunai can pierce through ur body......something like asuma's knife

quite powerful not ? making ppl not able block the kunai is a very gd advantage already.....hahah, imagine naruto learning sandaime shuriken kage bunshin with the wind element.........

however agaisnt kisames samehade it was like barely anything right

naruto needed the wind elements supa cutting power to counter sasukes lightning cutting power

if not there would be a plot hole
itd be like wtf how did yamatos knife break but not narutos
so now its like oh so narutos knife didnt break cause naruto used wind, but since yamato didnt his broke

I knows it not that kind of manga where he would split someone in 2..but it would be alot easier....and Kisames blade shaves chakra..so techincally wasn't Asuma's chakra in his blades supposed to get shaved as well (or is that just an Anime thing. I started reading the manga at Kakashi Gaiden. So I may have missed that point. And I get the sword not breaking..but still that doesnt take away from the fact that he can just by hitting someone basically cut them right? (even though we know that it is not that type of manga lol)

And as for the mass dagger throwing thing ..it would neva happen Uba enemy would do something to block all of them..and be like "this is not that kind of manga where u just randomly throw a bunch of stuff and it hits me "

I don't know what all the Fuss about the Wind Element is. Asuma who said that it was the best element for Battle sucked against Kisame. If Kakashi or Gai didn't come, Kisame and Itachi would have killed him and Kurenai. I don't know why Kishimoto is trying to make Asuma look strong now when he sucked this much against the Akatsuki.
As for Naruto, I don't know, He Lacks speed. That is the biggest weakness he has to Fix, he is way too slow. I say if he can learn the Body flicker jutsu then combine it with the rasengan or his new wind element jusu, then its a wrap.

Well techincally we didnt see much when Asuma Fought Kisame we just saw how much physical strength Kisame had was all..Asume cut him remember... Then their fight got interupted.. And well Itachi just walks around owning what eva so its not really fair to put him up against Itachi. As for naruto he is fast..just not without the fox lol. But Sauke is uberly fast now..and he is not..so yeah he does need the 4ths move

kisame vs asuma wasnt a fight

asuma didnt suck
asuma slashed him and fought well
then kisame pulled back and use a water missile
before asuma could respond kakashi appears and shows off
and then itachi is all like rawr, and gai comes in and saves the day
and thier all like noooooo we run now

ill admit itachi is a better genjutsu user then kurenai because well the sharingan thats it, sharingan can make a noob into god in this manga

but kisame vs asuma was barely a shuffle

we have yet to see asuma really fight

ummm am i the only one thats thinking that naruto will creat a jutsu similar to a tornado?

i mean, a tornade usign chakra, influenced by the kyuibis fire poower...... helll shit...

anyway.


i think narutos gonna be the fastest from now on, he will use his widn ability to move really fast and hell, maybe even can fight on plain air...
