Thread: What do you think Naruto's new jutsu will be/ what about the other mysterious one?

What do you think it will be. I also want to know about the jutsu that jiriya told him not to use unless it special occasions.

The wind was pretty cool but I think lightning would be better, that way it's easier as kakashi is also lightning

I would have guessed it would be something other than lightning or fire since Saskue specializes in both. I actually guessed it would be wind, but earth would also have been cool (I can't see water).

I would have liked to see naruto be a jack of all trades, but I guess they have to pick one element over them all if hes to make his new jutsu.

Hopefully the first thing will be to help with Naruto's speed. Though it's tough to guess types of attacks with wind. The only thing I can do is think of other wind users from other shows and think of ways to turn those into jutsus. I remember that Jin from YYH was able to use wind as a shield, and Sasuke has a shield of lightning. Of course there is always the very played out some type of cyclone jutsu. Dorothy from MaR uses wind as a blade which could be very effective. It's just that all of Naruto's attacks have close combat attacks since he is an idiot.

I still don't understand why Naruto is wind since Wind is weak against Fire. I thought he'd be Earth or Water since they are stronger than Fire.


Now what can wind do: blow, cut and shield. the strongest wind attacks are tornados and hurricanes.

Wind weak against fire? What? True small winds help fires, but strong winds dont.

But forget fire, what concerns me is lightning, wind cant do crap to that, I think that earth would have been best for naruto, good against fire and lightning(what can lightning to do dirt?).

I know right, earh is strong against both lightning and Fire. And yeah wind is weak against fire, wind does nothing but help fire spread faster and bigger. Have you ever heard of wildfires??
But wouldn't be also good if Naruto belonged to all the elements?

If there is more wind than fire, fire gets blown out. Or, if you make a cyclone or a tornado (don't remember which), at the center there is no air. Make one around fire, fire is gone. Plus, the direction that fire moves in is determined by wind. Fire doesn't ever travel in the opposite direction as wind.
I think that since Kakashi calls it an upgrade to rasengan, what it will do, is that naruto makes a rasengan, except for unlike chidori where a bunch of chakra is wasted, leaving the palm and destroying the ground, in naruto's case, his rasengan will probably work as a vacume, sucking in air. As such, he creates sperical tornado, of about 10cm diamter, containing more air than found in 100 cubic meters anywhere else.

When did he call it an upgrade to the rasengan, all he said was that he was going to make a jutsu more powerful than the rasengan.

I thought it said it would be his own personal jutsu.
