    I know it's not worth as Starway and others you said, but I remember a solo in The Final Countdown, an Europe LP, that I love when I was very very young, well, I still love it

    I like Michael Angelo solos...maybe it's not the greatest one but the fastest i've ever seen and hear...

    If you like Morello's solos with Audioslave you should listen to some of the ones he did with RATM. I feel like he was given more room to experiment with the music then and it has some fascinating results.

    hmmm...can't say i have a favorite (and generally i don't care for solos, actually)

    but the one in dream theater's dance of eternity is nice
