But its sad to say that hip-hop hasn't been out with a real record in some time now..well ice cube had his "laugh now, cry later" in 06 but still..

miss the good old days in the nineties where 2pac was making real music, and Em was at his best..now its people like Mims with the single "this is why iam hot" c'mon..that aint hip-hop, it aint even music. so iam posting this to hear your opinion about this. is hiphop really dead? and all there is left is R&B 50 cent and P pussy I mean diddy..?

my opinion about hip hop , it sucks and i hope it dies and wanish from this world 90 % of the hip hop listeners think theyre some gangsters and pushes ur rock/punk listeners down btw why listen about someone who says shit about a guy or how his mother died and how he got raped when he was a kid etc -.-

Am I the only one still thinking that hip hop aint dead? I mean there were a couple of good records last year. Like Game's The Doctors Advocate, Snoop's Blue Carpet Treatment, Ice Cubes record wasn't bad either. Clipse dropped an great album and so did AZ.

Nas dropped Hip Hop is Dead, which was a great album not as good as his old ones but still good. And we got Fat Joe who haven't done anything good since Pun died, but his album from last year takes you back to his old days it was great

And also there were some good albums from the south to like Ludas new one and T.I's King.

And there are more albums that I can't just think of right now lol. But last year was a good year for hip hop and specially for the West Coast which is getting back in the game now. Dre's dropping his album soon, Game really brought them back for good this time. And also as I mentioned before Snoop and Cube dropped 2 great albums to. And plus ya'll should check Jay Rock out
