Has no one seen the AirGear OVA? All the music is pretty tight; a lot of Jet Set Radio kind of stuff. ;)

Second on Honey and Clover. The only OP or EC song I didn't like was the EC song for the second half of season 1. Several of the insert songs are perfect fits, the H&C II OC is a perfect fit for the story so far, and the EC song was stuck in my head all day last Friday after watching Ep 10.
Likewise Suzumiya Haruhi - the OP and EC song are OK (but the animation makes both), but the actual soundtrack music is really, really good - as in "sets the mood for scenes perfectly." Just watched the fourth ep (baseball game) and when Koizumi is announcing the consequences of Kyon dressing down Haruhi the monks chanting in the background was a perfect fit.
Another one where I was surprised by the effectiveness of the music was Gunslinger Girl. I don't generally like chick-with-guitar, or baroque strings much, but both somehow fit the material perfectly and set the mood very well.
