Yeah, I like some VK bands... not in general, but I've listened to a few that I like.
-Glay (yes, they're considered VK)
-Sadie
-Kana
-Malice Mizer
(Are Girugamesh and Kagrra VK bands? I've never actually SEEN the singers...)
Also, Inugami Circus-dan <3<3<3 (Shows strange taste in music.)

Could you please define Visual Key. Cause I always have been wondering what it actually is/ what the difference to J-Rock is. I donīt know if Dir en Grey is Visual Key, but I really like them, especially the song "obscure".
Dir en Grey was/is for sure Visual K, them dressing all scary with the contacts and puking up blood. XD
But as for me, I don't think I like visual Kei...except Malice Mizer, but I rarely listen to their music.
Back, and Drowsy.
Someone should make me a signature.
To me, Visual Kei is basically an artist who puts just as much effort into their image and outfit as they would to their music. It could be simple or extravagent looking. Of course, there's many different styles. xD
J-Rock is simply just Japanese Rock. It can include Visual Kei though, since some Visual bands might be rock bands. :3
I like some visual bands... while there's some I don't like that much. Some that I like include ∀NTI FEMINISM, Calmando Qual, D'erlanger, D'espairsRay, deathgaze, eqlipsE, girugamesh, Inugami Circus-dan, Jinkaku Radio, Kishidan, lab., UnsraW, and X.
Majority of those are indie artists. xDD Oh well.
I LOVE VK!!! In fact, I buy almost strictly VK magazines all the time XD
My favorite artists (now this'll be long XD) are 12012, Ayabie, Antic Cafe (they're more Oshare but they do focus on their outfits quite a bit, so I'm sticking them here anyway), Dir en Grey (not sure if they're VK either), Duel Jewel, Ghost, Girugamesh (I recently saw them in Cure, and they seem to be typical Jrock, but whatever), Phantasmagoria, Rentrer en Soi, Sadie, D, Sulferic Acid, Vidoru, and Wizard. There are more, but I've much less music of them and that usually means I don't like them as much.
I <3 indies. ^_^
By the way, has anyone here seen DeG's new music video for 'Agitated Screams of Maggots'? I have to say... that's one of the most SCREWED UP videos I've ever seen!! It's still cool though. ^_^
And I'm suddenly reminded why I avoid VK videos at all costs and why my Dir En Gray collection is nonexistant.
(Actually, wait... I avoid all J-rock videos ever since I saw what X-Japan looked like.)
