I blame Hide's hair. It's just plain scary. (So they became normal-looking, or just normal looking relative to VK bands? =P Their music quality was still good, right?)
Why haven't Psycho le Cemu not been mentioned yet? Am I the only ST member who ever listened to them? Such a shame. Do not be scared by the name as they don't really do any of that hard metal or sadistic music like Dir en grey (well, the Dir en grey songs I've heard at least.)
They are THE cosplay band. They even went to the lengths of having a male member pretend that they are the female member (AYA. And no, Yura-sama is n't a female...only mistaken as one a few times.) Too bad the lead singer got into drugs which lead to jail sentence which lead to band on permanent hiatus... stupid DAISHI....stupid stupid stupid...
I'm a Gazette Fan...
They actually became very normal looking in the late 90's before they broke up. They wore no make-up at all and didn't dye their hair or anything. (except hide) And I don't think their music quality changed. Their /style/ of music changed slightly though, they seemed to go from speed metal into more alternative rock. :3 They still kept their old roots though.
Well X Japan wanted to base their style on KISS, and it made sense if you look at the hair styles sometimes.
Think I only like Miyavi....for VK....
Ya i've shyed away from diru lately..... i wish kyo would stop the self-mutilation on stage -___- he has such a pretty face as it was! and it kinda makes me scared that he can do that with no hesitation.... i loved their visual era and a little post visual era when toshiya had short hair that was brown... like this.
i love visual kei fashion wise. im a fashion design student and i get many ideas from the way they dress...heck! im get inspired by how a generic japanese would dress
Fob fashion? haha
