How exactly do you use Limewire or "BT"? I'm unfamiliar with any direct-downloading programs but I'd also very much love to get this song.

Uh... those are not direct-downloading O_o, they are P2P and it's not like you need an explanation to use Limewire (or Ares, or Morpheus,etc...), download one and you will understand it right away.
Search>*type what you need*>Download (if you find it)
BT (Bittorrent) is a bit different, i think there's a subforum about those things, just check it... or google "torrent tutorial", it's easy to use.
