try websites that have torrent files (use google and bitcomet), emule, and limewire.

If you are looking for torrents check out http://www.tokyotosho.com/index.php they seem to have plenty to choose from. just do a serch for the anime you're looking for.

You can get TONS of music if you just download frostwire. Get it at http://www.frostwire.com/

My own frostwire's being a *beeper* right now, because of a firewall or some other weird thing... But hopefully yours will work. ^_____^
